The Opportunity, America's Moment To Alter History's Course

A book by Richard Haass, President of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), explaining the elite's plan to make their power absolute, so they can successfully establish permanent control over the affairs of the world and fashion every citizen of the world into a powerless serf whose freedom and existence will be tested if they dare to even contemplate standing-up to the people Haass calls, 'the hereditary elites'.

Richard Haass, The President of The Council on Foreign Relation (CFR), wrote a book in 2005 titled, 'The Opportunity'. The Opportunity lays out a framework for US foreign Policy that is being followed by the movers and shakers in Washington and which is being implemented by the State Department with cooperation from The military, The Homeland Security Department, as well as a host of other US government agencies and officials. The gist of the Haass doctrine involves weakening the sovereignty of each individual state of the world, eroding and eliminating the power vested in elected officials worldwide; so that the "hereditary elites" can once again rule the world like the did in the 18th century when there existed a 'Concert of Europe'.

THE CONCERT OF EUROPE: AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE HEADS OF THE ROYAL FAMILIES THAT IS BEING RE-IMPLEMENTED NOW, ON A WORLDWIDE BASIS, UNDER THE GUISE OF FIGHTING A 'WAR ON TERRORISM'

The Concert of Europe describes an agreement between the Royal families of England, Switzerland, Belgium, France, Russia, and Prussia to NOT fight each other; thus enabling each to turn their military power inward to destroy the groups of citizens that were presently struggling for greater self-determination and freedom within each of their respective kingdoms. Widespread use of printing presses had become a problem, as people started to yearn for freedom with more exposure to books. So the heads of all of the Royal families called a meeting in Vienna to come up with a joint solution to their common problem (controlling the serfs residing within ' their' kingdoms). Recognizing that each of their necks might get stretched if they kept fighting each other (kingdom versus kingdom) while the populace planned their demise. So, the heads of all the royal states put their differences aside in order to ensure that their armies would be available to fight at home, against the commonners and serfs struggling for more freedom. They agreed to turn their concentration inward and distinguish dissent in each of their respective kingdoms, for the collective-good of all the Royal families, to ensure their own survival and to ensure that control over their kingdoms could not be effectively challenged. The agreements reached at Vienna was deemed a success, as fighting between royal families ceased for decades, and each remained in power and control of their kingdoms. The plan Richard Haass advocates the elites employ against the commonners of the world, is expressly modeled (see page 33) upon the 'Concert of Europe' signed at Vienna between the elites of Europe in the eighteenth century. Now, the same type of agreement is being proposed by Haass as a vehicle for those who consider themselves 'elites' to squash dissent and turn our Republics and Democracies into puppet governments, under the control of 'the hereditary elites'.

WORLD GOVERNMENT TO OPERATE IN SECRET & WILL BE ESTABLISHED THROUGH SUBTERFUGE

Mr. Haass notes that the agreements made at the Congress of Vienna (The concert of Europe) were not codified, and there was no talk of a European government; nonetheless, peace reigned for the hereditary elites for decades after the Concert, as dissent was squashed and business prospered in the absence of meaningful dissent. So, the elites KNOW we will reject one-world government if we know it's being put in place. Accordingly, they never call their conferences and events 'meetings of the heads of the one-world government'; instead they just call them 'Davos', The Global warming conference, Gatt Talks' or whatever. But make no mistake, the conferences and roundtables at the Aspen Institute, and Global Security conferences held in places like Dubai, are all meetings of the leaders of the one world government, along with their staffs. It's that simple, but don't expect the elites to ever admit they have bypassed congress, and make US policy at their conferences. Whatever they decide to do, is sold to the gullible American public by the media they own, and passed by 'our' congress against our collective will if necessary (see the HealthCare Bill and Carbon tax bills for a perfect example of how our wishes mean NOTHING when congress votes).

SO-CALLED 'FREE TRADE' PACTS ARE A VEHICLE TO ESTABLISHING 'ONE-WORLD' TOTALITARIAN RULE BY ELITES

The key to Haass's 'one-world-run-by-elites' plan is integration. Integration involves just what it sounds like; entangling the US and all the other states of the world in so many long-term, binding agreements that no elected leader will have any power to make major changes to how a countries foreign policy, or economic policies are carried out. The plan assumes that once every country of the world is hopelessly bound up in thousands of agreements, treaties, and military cooperation pacts; that no single country of the world will escape the system, and gradually all power will be assumed by the leaders of financial institutions and the other non-government organizations (NGO's) that have a mandate to implement and enforce trade pacts and to make decisions about when states can and will be able to use their military forces. States will continue to hold elections and use other devices designed to mollify the masses and to give the masses the false impression that they have some measure of control over the affairs of their country and the world; but make no mistake, the vast majority of persons residing on the planet will have their rights and freedoms gradually extinguished, until the master-serf model of human relations is re-esatblished (like the good old days when criticizing the King was a crime). Idiots on the left who favor the elite's plan because they think it will be good for business, or make the world a happy, environmental wonderland, better wake up. It's all about control. The plan is obvious and open. The key is scaring people into supporting wars against themselves, integrating the people and countries of the world via massive immigration and 'free trade' integration. The elites paint their foes as 'supporters of terrorism', racist, and luddites who don't understand business. Dupes on the right support so-called 'free trade' and the elite's phony 'war on terrorism', which as The Opportunity explains, is really a war against the serfs in disguise; meanwhile dupes on the left support the gangs control mechanism's (carbon taxes and so-called universal healthcare). MILITARY FORCES TO BE INTEGRATED SO TROOPS CAN BE COUNTED ON TO SQUASH DISSENT

The Haass Doctrine envisions entwining all the military forces of the world in the same way all the financial institutions of the world would be bound together. Then "regional forces", comprised of joint military commands, that are being created in every part of the globe, would be given the responsibility of dealing with "the forces of disorder" and other conditions that create economic instability.

WHO IS RICHARD HAASS:

Richard Haass is the President of the Council on Foreign Relations (The CFR). Haass presently works at the Stae Department under Hillary Clinton, and he formerly worked at the State Department with Strobe Talbott and Condaleeza Rice (before becoming President of the CFR). So administrations changed, but the architect of globalism-policy never went anywhere. That's helps explain why 'change' turned out to look a lot like not much change at all. Hillary Clinton, and all other top government officials from the US and some other sovereign states, like the UK and France for instance, are doing everything they can to secretly implement the plan outlined in The Opportunity. The book is virtually unheard of and unread outside of the realm of the corporate-elite. I would venture that almost everybody who is anyone in the beltway has read this book and understands it is the blueprint for US foreign policy. They believe they can get away with giving Israel huge amounts of economic and military subsidization as long as they can somehow solve the Palestinian state issue. They call themselves Neo-Realist. That's a Neo-con who realizes that 'installing democracies across the Middle-East' is not the simple job they thought it would be. Now they are abandoning their emphasis on Democracy promotion in favor of creating authoritarian states, run by their minions, and existing under the gang's dominion and control. Then they supply the authoritarian regime - under their control - with resources to ensure that the populace is fimly controlled, so the state won't be 'prone to failure'.

Finally, The elites realize that America is asleep and that their agenda is proceeding to conclusion. They are scared to death America will wake up before they get their plans completely implemented. Globalist are completely disloyal to the sovereignty of our nation to the point that they have built an entire political movement that is based upon treason. Active Support (not just intellectual support) of climate treaties and so-called free trade pacts, involve disloyal usurption of our nation's sovereign power, in order to aid the formation of a one-world government, would seem to be activity that could be defined as 'treason'; therefore, active support for Globalism would seem to be a crime punishable by death.

DESTROYING SOVEREIGNTY USING TRADE PACTS AND INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS: The principal method used to continuously erode our nation's sovereign status involves purposefully entangling our nation in so many international agreements that the citizens of the United States and their elected leaders will have no ability to halt the advent of full integration of the United States into the "uncodified" world government the globalist envision. Note: Richard Haass, The President of the Council On Foreign Relations details the Globalist plans in a book called, 'The Opportunity'. He details how they plan on whittling away the sovereignty of the US through a process involving massive amounts of integration with other countries. That's why 'free trade' and other long term binding commitments encapsulated in agreements and treaties are pushed down America's political throat by the media, the think tanks, educators funded by grants and endowments dependent on the GCS for funding. Richard Haass says that the result will be an "uncodified" world government, ruled by "hereditary elites" and their allies. Richard Haass formerly worked at The Sate Department under Colin Powell, and now he works at The Sate Department under Hillary Clinton. Now, there's change you can believe in if your a globalist. Bush is out, O'Bama is in, and the President of the CFR never leaves the White House. In other words, the Democrats and Republicans are both behind Haass's plan to destroy US sovereignty, in order to facilitate a world governemnet run by elites.

FLOODING THE COUNTRY WITH IMMIGRANTS AND RENDERING BORDERS MUTE: To support their treason, the supporters of globalism back all kinds of immigration to the US. They flood the country with new arrivals constantly, no matter how much the US people object, because the Globalist MUST destroy our cultural cohesion in oredr to defeat us. They need new citizens who come from other parts of the world and who will reflexively support globalism after they become eligible to vote. One need look no further than waht they did to the UK. They flooded the country with Muslims against the people's wishes, and then they've gradually replaced native born Britainers in most civil service positions with newcomers loytal to their agenda. The globalist promote unbridled immigration everywhere because they know that once they've mixed all the people of the world into a citizen-stew, no group of people anywhere will be united enough to oppose their agenda. A cursory glance at O'Bama's appointments shows an obsession with placing people form India, and other people with no loyalty to the US, in positions where they control native born Americans who are loyal to the US, and only the US. The globalist absolutely ADORE people from India. They place them in charges of our colleges and other institutions, because they come form a society where corruption is the norm, and disrespect for the unwashed is public policy. Nothing changes when they are given authority over Americans. They treat us just like unwashed beggars of India. Look no further than Grossmont College President Sunita Cooke for an example of a traitor who has NO respect for the constitution or persons she considers to be from a lower caste (most native born Americans).

ESTABLISHING ABSOLUTE CONTROL OVER MEDIA: The globalist are able to control the content available in almost every single media outlet in the United States. They have used their fiat money (lent to shills like Sam Zell) in order to take over most media outlets outright, and the rest they control by proxy (by their ability to economically boycott and effectively destroy and newsapaper that does not toe the line). If they can't control a media outlet, then they'll just use a shill to buy it. Many media editors have such a strong desire to be accepted in elite-circles that nobody needs to tell them what is politically correct to print; they know who and what is unacceptable to the elites, and they keep the same hidden from public view. Their reward is social standing and recognition, combined with revenue to stay in business.

USING THIER MEDIA TO MANIPULATE EVERYONE and CREATE CULTURAL & RELIGIOUN BASED DIVISION: The MSM goes after opponents of Globalism with gusto at every opportunity, employing every rheorical trick and device in order to discredit anyone opposed to unbridled globalism. With the advent of blooging, the media's ability to manipulate public opinion has grown, as blog cencorship allows the MSM to carefully control what message reaches the public, and what impression citizens have about how other citizens regard an issue. On almost every MSM blog the same pattern holds true; you may mildly criticize the leaders of globalism in a very measured way that does not expose the fallacies of the Globalist religion and their worshipping of mandatory carbon taxes imposed upon the whole planet and all activity taking place on it's surface and above. Shows like Saturday Night Live serve as a vehicle to belittle 60% of the countries population; as anybody who doesn't happen to live on the East Coast, worship unbridled globalism and greed, and who aren't Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, New Age practitioners, or a follower of some other favored religion (basically anything but Catholicism/Christianity) is labeled a redneck or trailer trash.

USING THE MEDIA TO RUN INTERFERENCE FOR CRIMINALS: MSM outlets from coast-to-coast, in every major media-market, are controlled by members of the gang, and they act as protectors for the network. Opponents of the gang are targeted continuously with attack pieces and ultra-throrough investigations of every political, business, and personal activity they engage in; while friends of the gang are never scrutinized, and their bald-faced lies are promoted without shame or scrutiny. The local San Diego paper is a perfect example; the San Diego Union Tribune is owned by an Israeli citizen who was granted a huge loan, so he could pay too much for the Tribune. Eventually, he'll lose the paper in Bankruptcy or thru a fire-sale to a senior member of the network. He's just a local version of Sam Zell.

HOW THEY BUY MEDIA OUTLETS FOR PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR: They do the same thing everywhere; loan money to an associate who is willing to pay way too much for a media outlet, then after the associate predicatably goes broke (because the paper is loaded with debt it can't possibly service), the gang seizes the media outlet. The person who got the loan is just a tool who is used by the gang so that they never have to pay full price for the media assets they decide to purchase. They have middleman they control lose the cash on the media oulet upfront, then they sweep in and get the media outlet for pennies on the dollar in a sweetheart deal at bankruptcy court in a private, rigged fire-sale. The gang just got control of a cahin of 80 newspapers located in and around Orange County California using their tried and true tactic.

CONTROL OVER HOLLYWOOD/ENTERTAINMENT: It's become obvious that the focus of the elite, globalist controlled Hollywood entertainment community is to support globalism and Judaism, while destroying and belittling all competing philosophies and religions. Almost every single program, movie, mini-series, reality TV show, and the like has been specifically launched in order to keep the populace dumbed-down, and distracted. the plan is working splendidly, as news about the 'blue people from a movie called Avater' has crowded out news about what's going on in our governement and overseas (where our troops lives are being wasted). An entire generation is hooked on juvenile garbage like Avatar, and keeping up with the Kardashians (a couple of useless braindead, unnattractive prostitutes from LA). Meanwhile, most have NO clue what sovereignty is, or how it is under attack. The globalist run whackball programs where they mix up predictions from Nostradamus, Aztec Priests, the Bible, and the Koran, with speculation about martians; and then they feed it to the US public like slop to a pig on PBS. Video games and rap music encourage black men to kill each other indiscriminately, while all members of the great unwashed mob, are constantly encouraged to abort any children they might contemplate having. Afterall, it makes it sooo much harder to outpopulate white and black Christians if they keep having children. So they encourage immigrants to drop babies like money has no end, while they do everything they can to get native born Americans to stop populating. Very Clever. And yes, it is all part of a master plan to weaken America. Note to thiose who are unable to see the conspiracy before us: If conspiracies are too complicated for you to understand or even contemplate rationally, your IQ must be relatively low, or you are suffering some other type of brain damage; which means, perhaps you shouldn't vote anymore, or, at the least, you should never operate heavy machinery.

BRIBING ALL DEMOCRATS AND REPUBLICANS IN POWER:They own almost everyone on both sides of the isle. Most Democrats and most Republicans are loyal Americans with good intentions, but the leaders of the two major parties are pure criminals, who operate in the same manner as any corrupt crime syndicate. Criminals will invariably work for the highest bidder, and since the globalist have rigged all our laws to steal most of the wealth of the citizenry, the globalist and their minions hold all of the nation's wealth, and therefore, the globalsit are the ones giving money and orders to the leaders of the two major parties.

CONTROL OVER DISSENT GROUPS: Unbeknownst to the opponents of globalism, most dissident groups have been infiltrated and most have been co-opted and effectively neutered by operatives working for the uber wealthy globalist crime lords. Whether they be law enforcement operatives, private citizens in the globalist direct employ, people from zionist/globalist institutions like the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC Terrorist) or 'do-gooders for globalism'; they are within our movements, and doing their best to send dissidents down blind alleys, while encouraging dissident group members to waste their time on pointless protests, activities that will fracture unity in the group, or cause the dissident group to implode all together.

CONTROL OF THE ACLU: The group billed as the mighty defender of all rights, is in fact funded and controlled by hardcore zionist who are deeply influenced by Bolshevik philosophies, and who have extreme hostility to all Christians, and who are devoted to destroying the enemy (Christians in general). They support globalsim because globalism is a vehicle to implementing socialism and communism throughout the world. The are globalist from head-to-toe. They are disdainful of anyone's rights who does not support globalsim, and/or Jewish Nationalism. They support globalism by sticking-up for anyone who opposes Christianity. They support illegal immigrant-rights with uber force, while ignoring the abuses heaped upon Americans by the tribal racists who provide them with most of their funding. Their San Diego operation is a perfect example. Irwin Jacobs just gave them 3 million dollars to fund their operations, so they carry out his agenda. If they ignore his agenda, they'll end up looking for a real job. Thirteen ACLU attorneys showed up when an illegal immigrant was denied an apartment in Escondido, the whole organization swung into action to blast the Ramona School district for not honoring Harvey Milk sufficiently; but when Joe Ryan was kidnapped twice, and put on trial by the Jewish Princess that serves as San Diego prosecutor, for speaking at a debate, using a statute that says it can't be used to arrest someone for speaking at a debate, the ACLU hacks pretended it didn't matter. Who cares if a candidate for congress is kidnapped and persecuted for seven months with inapplicable statutes, so that he can't run for office again. Who cares if the constitution says you can't arrest someone for political speach? Not the ACLU. Afterall, those aren't important issues. Stop a 8-year old from reading a poem about Harvey Milk, and the whole ACLU community loses their minds and swings into action. But where the government kidnaps an anti-globalist to stop them from being heard in a debate, the ACLU sees no evil. The members of the ACLU are free to do what they want, but they are dishonest, conniving weasels for promoting themselves as the great defenders of first amendment rights and the great defenders of all. That's a huge consumer fraud! For almost a year, the author (Joe Ryan) has been frequently asked, 'Why didn't the ACLU defend you? I explain that the ACLU is a scam; however, the fact that the question is constantly asked, indicates they have conned a relatively huge percentage of the public into believing that the ACLU cares about the constitution. They care nothing for the constitution. It's rag to slap anti-globalist with before corrupt courts stacked with their globalist allies. In summary, the ACLU is a scam, because ACLU members are mostly socialist and communist who worship globalism. The ends justify the means, so they promote globalism in sneaky, deceitful ways, while pretending to be loyal to the constitution.

CONTROL OVER PROSECUTION, SO GLOBALIST EVADE APPLICATION OF LAWS, AND CAN PROSECUTE/HARRASS OPPONENTS OF GLOBALISM: Other than a 'token' prosecution designed to placate the rabble, all criminlas operating withing the Globalist Crime Syndicate are given effective immunity from prosecution. We all know that there's adirect relation between campaign contributions made to politicians and the actions they take for particular parties, but they are never prosecuted for bribery. Wall Street crooks stand should-to-shoulder behind a wall of equally crooked bar association members, while the great unwashed get hammered if they steal a bag of rice to feed their children, or in the case of Joe Ryan, if they dare to run for office and espouse anti-globalist philosophies. The entire Real estate and Usury/mortgage industries were given a pass for 99.9% of the crimes they committed. They built the bubble for the fed, and they are being counted on to build another bubble, so they had to be given a signal, that all their crimes were forgiven and would be ignored. Now they can get back to falsifying loan applications, working with appraissars to inflate the value of homes, and earning those commissions without fear of meaningful prosecution. Only the most blatant, public offenders will feel the heat, while the erst walk away from their crimes. On the labor front, nobody that matters gets prosecuted for employing illegal immigrants. Every house in LaJolla has at least one foreign born maid or gardner on duty who is here illegally. The elite families they work for know they are not subject to the law, because they are wealthy, and the law just does not apply to them. But if someone denies an apartment to an illehgal immigrant laborer, 20 ACLU lawyers show up to hammer the landlord, and any applicable criminal laws are dusted off and vigorously applied. If a bank breaks every law in the land when dealing with a homeowner, no problem. But let the homeowner stand up to the bank's abuse, and the wheels of the justice sytem will grind them up, while the sheriff put their property on the curb. It's all about aiming the laws at people who threaten globalist and make them feel uncomfortable, while the globalist and the minions they have running particular industries, loot society blind and ignore the laws at-will. Try calling in a complaint about a collection company working for the Rotschild/Globalsit mafia network, and see what good that does you. There are lots of laws to protect us agaisnt globalism-inspired criminal activity, but they just aren't utilized.

CONTROL OVER COURTS SO LAWS AND CONSTITUTION CAN BE TWISTED TO SUIT GLOBALIST AGENDA: The globalist cannot accomplish their nefarious goals without the help and cooperation provided by Federal judges in their employ, who see themselves as members of the elite, and who are biased in favor of globalism, and who are always alligned against the great unwashed masses. The constitution is something that can never be actually followed, because that would be impractical, so they twist the constitution in order to ensure globalism is supported and the rabble is held in their proper place. At the State court level, the courts have been packed from head to toe with judges who do whatever the real estate industry desires, and who heap abuse upon anyone who dares to stand up to a realtor or their attorney. The criminal-law bench is made up, almost exclusively, of persons who formerly served as prosecutors for the State; thus ensuring that control of the rabble or anyone who dissents, is efficient and comprehensive. There are a few judges who will not do the Crime Syndicates chores, but their numbers are few and shrinking (by design). It's very rare for a judge to be opposed in an election, but when they are, it's almost always because they made the globalist-gang mad somehow.
