Recalibrate and reorganize Social Security system based on new US currency to ensure that seniors are protected from Inflation and any other economic tumult caused by plan's implementation
Use media resources - placed in the hands of local community members - to help educate the populace, so they can prepare for changes the plan will bring. Using media airwaves controlled by local community actors, local resources can be marshalled and organized to help persons who suffer damage unfairly due to the plan’s implementation
Implement Immigration Plan that recognizes that immigrants who have entered the country illegally have committed an offense, but which also recognizes the difference between immigrants who come to the US due to overwhelming necessity (to feed their family at home or to provide a safer life for their family in the US), and those who come here to exploit the US system or to commit crime. The plan recognizes that most of the blame lies with the persons who exploit the immigrants who are here without standing, rather than placing the blame on people trying to survive and feed their families. The plan solves the immigration problem once and for all, by making it untenable to employ illegal immigrants, but it does so in a fair and humane manner, whereby most immigrants would voluntarily leave without restraint due to incentives provided to do so. First, there would be a vigorous effort to locate persons living in the US without valid permission from the US government. After contact was made, immigrants here illegally would be asked to leave in a civil manner that does not cause any undue harm to the children of illegal immigrants subject to deportation. Second, in order to encourage voluntary emigration, each illegal immigrant who is asked to return home would be granted a cause of action against whomever employed them during their time living in the US. Third, illegal immigrants who cannot show a work history or cannot prove they have made any meaningful effort to engage in a legal profession while here (aka gang members and the like) would be immediately deported; but all other illegal immigrants would be granted temporary residency until their cause of action against whomever employed them was completed. Fourth, Special courts could be set-up to adjudicate immigration related causes of action against companies and individuals who employed illegal immigrants, and those courts could be granted special powers to enforce judgments in an efficient manner, so that the illegal immigrant would leave the country voluntarily AFTER they were paid all wages that would be due, and all pension and Social security benefits that would have accrued in their favor if they had been legally employed. Fifth, The immigration plan outlined here would have a component whereby persons who would face extreme hardship (children who have been lifelong residents of the US, or the aged, infirm, or severely disabled would be exempt from unduly harmful deportation orders). Every allowance would be made to ensure families were not unnecessarily split apart by immigration restrictions. Once the plan was implemented, travel to and from Mexico - by persons who play by both countries rules - could become more routine, so families unable to reconcile immigration difficulties, could still have meaningful contact with each other. The immigration plan outlined here, eliminates the incentives for illegal immigration by ensuring that employment of an illegal alien will not turn out to be a bargain for anybody who dares to employ undocumented workers; yet it also solves the immigration problem (over time) in a humane way that recognizes the contributions of honest immigrants forced to break immigration laws to survive, and allows for them to return home with enough resources, so that they can make a new start back at home. The plan grants no quarter to gang members. They need to be deported home immediately, and if they come back, they need to be rooted out of society post haste, and put to work making little rocks out of big ones.
Replace the worldwide 'war on terrorism' with a smarter policy whereby we strictly curtail immigration to the US, so that persons from cultures hostile to America's cultural norms are not allowed to enter the US as tourist or for any other reason. In can be denied that the United States has a culture rooted in Christianity, and that a large percentage of Americans consider themselves Christians. Therefore, it is not illegitimate or racist to prohibit persons from coming to the US from countries where hostility to Christianity is a custom and practice. This policy would result in a steep drop in immigration from India, Pakistan, Arab States, Indonesia, and anywhere else hatred for Christianity or persecution of Christians is carried out with impunity. Then we can cease running all over the globe trying to locate and kill terrorist; since, once they can no longer enter the US legally with a VISA/Passport, their ability to perpetrate terrorism in the US will effectively vanish. This part of the plan recognizes that every major act of terrorism occurring on US soil was carried out by someone who we let in with a VISA/Passport; and it is based on the premise that we can not afford to fight terrorism with an expensive and often futile globetrotting strategy whereby we try and root so-called Al Queda out from every nook and cranny on the planet. The rest of the world will take care of itself if we quit trying to do it for them. Let's take care of America and keep America safe by bringing the troops home, and by not allowing terrorist - like the Christmas Day plane bomber - to stroll in to the USA like it's a Starbucks. Run for Congressional Election in your district and gain momentum in 2010, so you can run again, and win a congressional seat in 2012

MEANWHILE, IDENTIFY AND CATALOG GSC MEMBERS & INSTITUTIONS

Identify Globalist Institutions, Think Tanks, etc.

Identify Individual Globalist Mafia members

GSC MUST BE WARNED NOT to USE ILLEGAL TACTICS to STOP MOVEMENT

Deliver Blowback Warning to particular individual GSC Members, as well as to their lackeys, tools, and enablers; so they will hesitate before using illegal or inequitable methods to stop the plan

Prepare for Blowback: Help vulnerable members of community prepare for Financial Terrorism that GSC Members will commit in order to slow or halt The PLAN's political support, or to stop The PLAN's implementation

ELECTION PHASE PART TWO

After Gaining a significant amount of seats by 2010, Plan adherents can run a Presidential Candidate in 2012 elections while simultaneously attempting to increase the number of congressional seats held by Plan adherents; thereby, possibly gaining all necessary power needed to implement the main tenants of plan. If the plan doesn't come to fruition fast enough, plan adherents will have to aim for 2012/2014/2016. although, by that time, the plan's author believes it may be too late to stop the globalist implementation of worldwide, totalitarian rule

START IMPLEMENTING CENTRAL TENANTS OF THE PLAN AS POSSIBLE

Corrupt judges who come from Ivy League backgrounds and who align themselves and feel kinship with the elite-supremacist running the country, might try to obstruct or stop the plan from being implemented; so we must immediately impeach and remove all judges tied to the Globalization-Mafia (GM) through appointment, and impeach and remove all judges who have been corrupted by the GM or who have shown a pattern of disrespect for citizens and the constitution. With that task accomplished, and only non-globalist remaining on the federal bench, we can move forward with the rest of the plan without undue obstruction from our enemies and those clinging to the aristocracy they created and adore.

Any traitors who espouse, promote, or support globalization need to be made ineligible for government employment. We don't owe them a job or a pension for that matter. Purge them all, and replace the globalist tools with people who think independently and who have not been indoctrinated with globalism propaganda. Start purging Globalist from all positions of Power: :DHS, Security, Military, Justice, Public Education, Public media outlets, and all other government agencies, until all globalization whackjobs have been removed from power and banished from any position where they can cause further damage to our nation's sovereign status

Appoint all non-Globalist and/or only approve non-Globalist for government appointments. In other words, since no person has been eligible to hold any position in government without bonified globalist credentials for at least two decades, we must start to rollback globalism-inspired programs, and we must start correcting poisonous policies the brainwashed, self-entitled elites from the Ivy League have conjured up to enslave the rest of us with. Once you come to the realization that the Ivy greeders are not smarter than the rest of us; and instead realize they have been systematically brainwashed with faulty, manipulated, crackpot scholarship, then it's a short step to also realizing that the Ivy League maniacs that have taken control of and ruined everything in America, need to be put out to pasture as a group, and ignored. They are poison with legs. They're underqualified to even fill a a job at McDonalds with their warped brains and propensity for committing fraud, and their inability to function in the real world that exists outside of the Manhattan chocolate boutiques they frequent.

Seize and redistribute Airwaves where GCS members own or control media outlets, and where GCS member have abused their media licenses by generating Globalism propaganda (in lieu of using airwaves in public interest)

Suspend Implementation of any integration agreements made by GCS and gradually start rolling back and eliminating trade agreements, military pacts, and other economic and agreements that bind elected representatives and inhibit their ability to protect their constituents from the effects of globalization

Start implementation of new foreign policy based on the US’s unique geographic position in the world and it’s ability to increase US security and shrink our military down to level where it can be supported by non-income based taxes; by bringing most of US troops back to US soil.

Prepare legislation to move Capitol to safer location in Center of nation and away from center of GCS's power and influence (New York and The Washington DC beltway area)

By order or legislation, initiate freeze on removing corporate assets from US until the financial crimes committed by GCS members have been sorted out and addressed.

Push and pass a constitutional amendment providing for the selective extinguishment of some Ex Post Facto Laws prohibitions that protect financial terrorist and their cohorts from being prosecuted for what they've done to America. Then start prosecutions of financial terrorist, and looters, as well as their allies, employees and facilitators (accountants, lawyers, etc)

Setup Commissions to determine who has been involved in looting of wealth of citizens and nation, and to determine who benefited illegally from globalism and organize prosecution and seizure and recovery teams to recover stolen wealth

Force all foreign states serving as tax havens and repositories for bribe proceeds, and other stolen wealth, to hand over all information known about financial terrorist, tax evaders, and politicians the GCS have bribed; and force those same states to hand over the stolen wealth, using the same resources and resolve as we use to reach other types of terrorism-related funds. The financiers and facilitators of financial terrorism should have no safe harbor in the world in which to hide.

Nationalize Federal Reserve Bank and seize all assets. Print enough money to pay all debts to globalist. Hold printed surplus notes and use to pay debt to GM institutions if they devalue US dollar in malicious manner before federal reserve notes are phased out of use in US

Phase in money backed by seized wealth as seizure proceeds accumulate, and phase out federal reserve notes simultaneously

Replace income tax with resource-use taxes, import and export taxes tuned to the nation's foreign policy agenda, and special retroactive tax on those that looted society

Eliminate IRS and start new government agency that will be charged with tax collection responsibilities; but that acts within the law and the constitution and that cannot be controlled by any private party or bank

Unwind intra-national integration by eliminating grant system control over states by federal government actors working to achieve illegitimate ends for the gang

Pass laws that restrict the ability of usury providers to abuse creditors, without inhibiting the credit market's operations, where credit is provided without public subsidy, and in a manner that does not have a negative impact on society as a whole or any particular demographic of the community's population

Rebuild manufacturing base and save landfill space by disallowing importation of any product that is poor quality, and by gradually phasing in a mandate decreeing that most military equipment, used by the US military be manufactured, or at least assembled, entirely within US.

Phase out role of insurance companies and other third party leaches that are sapping health system resources, and start a war on medicare fraud. Put the medicare-fraud scammers in jail at a rate and with such vigor that no person will dare send a fake bill to the government or fabricate medical procedure invoices from now until the end of time! Use the 100 Billion a year in savings generated by the 'war on medicare fraud' to build new medical facilities, and to expand medical colleges, in order to turn a generation of gamers into Nurses and Doctors.

Recalibrate and reorganize Social Security system based on new US currency to ensure that seniors are protected from Inflation and any other economic tumult caused by plan's implementation

Use media resources - placed in the hands of local community members - to help educate the populace, so they can prepare for changes the plan will bring. Using media airwaves controlled by local community actors, local resources can be marshalled and organized to help persons who suffer damage unfairly due to the plan’s implementation

Implement Immigration Plan that recognizes that immigrants who have entered the country illegally have committed an offense, but which also recognizes the difference between immigrants who come to the US due to overwhelming necessity (to feed their family at home or to provide a safer life for their family in the US), and those who come here to exploit the US system or to commit crime. The plan recognizes that most of the blame lies with the persons who exploit the immigrants who are here without standing, rather than placing the blame on people trying to survive and feed their families. The plan solves the immigration problem once and for all, by making it untenable to employ illegal immigrants, but it does so in a fair and humane manner, whereby most immigrants would voluntarily leave without restraint due to incentives provided to do so.

First, there would be a vigorous effort to locate persons living in the US without valid permission from the US government. After contact was made, immigrants here illegally would be asked to leave in a civil manner that does not cause any undue harm to the children of illegal immigrants subject to deportation.

Second, in order to encourage voluntary emigration, each illegal immigrant who is asked to return home would be granted a cause of action against whomever employed them during their time living in the US.

Third, illegal immigrants who cannot show a work history or cannot prove they have made any meaningful effort to engage in a legal profession while here (aka gang members and the like) would be immediately deported; but all other illegal immigrants would be granted temporary residency until their cause of action against whomever employed them was completed.

Fourth, Special courts could be set-up to adjudicate immigration related causes of action against companies and individuals who employed illegal immigrants, and those courts could be granted special powers to enforce judgments in an efficient manner, so that the illegal immigrant would leave the country voluntarily AFTER they were paid all wages that would be due, and all pension and Social security benefits that would have accrued in their favor if they had been legally employed.

Fifth, The immigration plan outlined here would have a component whereby persons who would face extreme hardship (children who have been lifelong residents of the US, or the aged, infirm, or severely disabled would be exempt from unduly harmful deportation orders). Every allowance would be made to ensure families were not unnecessarily split apart by immigration restrictions. Once the plan was implemented, travel to and from Mexico - by persons who play by both countries rules - could become more routine, so families unable to reconcile immigration difficulties, could still have meaningful contact with each other.

The immigration plan outlined here, eliminates the incentives for illegal immigration by ensuring that employment of an illegal alien will not turn out to be a bargain for anybody who dares to employ undocumented workers; yet it also solves the immigration problem (over time) in a humane way that recognizes the contributions of honest immigrants forced to break immigration laws to survive, and allows for them to return home with enough resources, so that they can make a new start back at home. The plan grants no quarter to gang members. They need to be deported home immediately, and if they come back, they need to be rooted out of society post haste, and put to work making little rocks out of big ones.

Replace the worldwide 'war on terrorism' with a smarter policy whereby we strictly curtail immigration to the US, so that persons from cultures hostile to America's cultural norms are not allowed to enter the US as tourist or for any other reason. In can be denied that the United States has a culture rooted in Christianity, and that a large percentage of Americans consider themselves Christians. Therefore, it is not illegitimate or racist to prohibit persons from coming to the US from countries where hostility to Christianity is a custom and practice. This policy would result in a steep drop in immigration from India, Pakistan, Arab States, Indonesia, and anywhere else hatred for Christianity or persecution of Christians is carried out with impunity. Then we can cease running all over the globe trying to locate and kill terrorist; since, once they can no longer enter the US legally with a VISA/Passport, their ability to perpetrate terrorism in the US will effectively vanish. This part of the plan recognizes that every major act of terrorism occurring on US soil was carried out by someone who we let in with a VISA/Passport; and it is based on the premise that we can not afford to fight terrorism with an expensive and often futile globetrotting strategy whereby we try and root so-called Al Queda out from every nook and cranny on the planet. The rest of the world will take care of itself if we quit trying to do it for them. Let's take care of America and keep America safe by bringing the troops home, and by not allowing terrorist - like the Christmas Day plane bomber - to stroll in to the USA like it's a Starbucks. It's much easier to screen people arriving from Yemen then to start a new war in the gulf using money borrowed from China.

Refocus and Re-aim government funded security apparatus that the globalist built to control US citizenry, and aim it back at the globalist who are committing financial terror. Listen to their calls, read their e-mails, audit their holdings, search their vaults with warrants, and use a predator to locate and stop them from committing further economic damage, the moment the hatch a currency devaluation plan or engage in any other act of financial terror

Stop obvious government looting and waste by empowering the citizenry with statutes whereby individual taxpayers could have any government worker removed from their employment and stripped of their government benefits and pension, whenever they are found to have lied to any American citizen, in any way shape or form, while performing their duties. Furthermore, a cause of action would be created whereby individuals could have government workers removed from their employment, whenever the individual might convince a jury that a government worker has committed any corrupt act, covered-up a corrupt act, or aided or conspired with any other persons who committed a corrupt act that resulted in an illegitimate expenditure of taxpayers funds.

Make all foreign agents leave US soil and place extreme limits on diplomatic immunity to protect the US from state sponsored terrorism and drug smuggling

Bolster other sovereign states attempts to oppose GM takeovers of their respective countries

Limit US property ownership to US citizens. If Americans have to compete against flood of stolen and fiat printed money from around world they will end up owning nothing and renting the country back from unloyal, hostile, wealthy foreigners and other GM members who never sacrificed their children in wars for the US or made any other contributions to US society that would warrant them having the ability to control property within the US's sovereign borders

Prohibit sales of all federal state and local real estate to private parties and similarly prohibit transfers of public property to pay debt

Get legislation passed that will end the legal-illusion that ‘corporations are citizens with constitutional rights’, and start putting corporate scam artist and other corporate criminals in jail for the crimes committed under their direction

Force all offshore companies back on-shore, or force the same corporations to sell all US assets and cease doing business in US. Any corporation generating more than 50% of it's revenue from sources within the US would be deemed a US corporation and be subject to the application of this policy
